Cancellation policy and additional information

Reservation Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
1–7 days before the planned arrival – 100% of the deposit is non-refundable
7–14 days before the planned arrival – 50% of the deposit is non-refundable
More than 14 days before the planned arrival – cancellation is free of charge

In the event of cancellation, the refund of all or part of the deposit will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date.

During the high summer season (July and August) and during package stays, the hotel does not refund payments for unused nights.

If, during your reserved stay, a state of emergency is declared that prevents the stay from taking place due to an epidemic situation, or if legal regulations related to the epidemic limit hotel or restaurant operations to the extent that providing accommodation and food services becomes impossible, the deposit will not be refunded. Instead, it will be fully transferred to another mutually agreed date or converted into a voucher equal to the value of the deposit.

Pets:
The hotel accepts well-behaved pets – additional fees apply.
Pets are not allowed in the food service areas (restaurant, breakfast room), Spa zone, or conference rooms.
This restriction does not apply to guide dogs.
